Sheppard Smith & Co. over at the RNC's TV station seemed to know quite a bit of the pot smoker lingo. Add that to the really uncomfortable exchange after he blurts out 'I heard it was a one-hitter!', and I think they might have both puffed down before the show:

Oh yes, this guy is smoking the doobies for sure! One hitter...that's some insiders lingo.
